Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling charges are shown clearly at the check out stage.

Delivery Schedule
UK orders will normally be delivered within 14 days, but please allow up to 21 days to cover any eventuality.

International orders sent by Air Mail are generally received within 14 days.
International orders sent by Surface Mail will be received in line with Royal Mail guidelines:
Western Europe: Up to 2 weeks from date of posting
Eastern Europe: Up to 5 weeks
North America: Up to 6 weeks
South America, Africa and Asia: Up to 8 weeks
Australasia: Up to 12 weeks.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Customs
When ordering goods from Circle of Care Trading Limited for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact you local Customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Circle of Care Trading Limited you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers and customers despatching products internationally to be aware that cross border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to ensure that goods are accurately described. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 14 days.

Cooling off period
At Circle of Care Trading Limited we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to return items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original conditions within seven days of the date you received the item.
By law, Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.
To cancel your purchase within the seven working day cooling off period please package the relevant item securely and return it to the Circle of Care Trading Limited so that it is received within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

If you are posting a return from within the UK, for your protection, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge.

Our Refunds Policy
Our Refunds Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Some notes about refunds:
When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item then notify you via email of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.
Circle of Care Trading Limited will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event that they find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Items returned within the seven day cooling off period by law
Consumers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
1. Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per item charge for delivery that you incurred.
2. Where you are returning an entire order, we will refund applicable per item delivery charges and the per delivery charge that you incurred.
3. We will refund only standard (airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK.
Items Returned on the Fourteen Day Returns Guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within fourteen days after delivery and there has been no error or our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery to you in connection with your purchase.
