CrossReach is one of the largest providers of social care in Scotland. We provide a caring future for some of the most vulnerable groups in Scotland. Our work includes care of older people, and care of older people with dementia. CrossReach is committed to quality services with 70% of our Older Peoples Services having already attained Charter Mark Status and the remaining services are working towards the new Customer Service Excellence Award.

This conference, whilst bringing you up to date with current legislative changes and developments in dementia care, will encompass the feelings and needs of every one affected by the diagnosis of dementia.
