If you choose Crossreach as your Service provider, you can expect to be treated as an individual. To do this you will be supported to put together your own Care Plan and life map which will help you to fulfil your hopes and dreams.

 
With the support of a workforce who have a S.V.Q. qualification you will be able stay in your home if you live alone or with friends or family. You will also be supported to meet your friends in the community, attend college, look for a job or simply enjoy your leisure time going to the cinema, football, dancing shopping or any other activity.
 
 If you have something special you also need help with we will be there. We will take care that at all times you feel safe and secure.
