Quality Assurance

Each year as part of our quality control and self assessment Threshold Edinburgh carries out the Crossreach Towards Quality Audit and also measure customer satisfaction through annual surveys to staff, service users and families.  The results of these audits and surveys are available to view here as they are completed.
