Willow House is situated in a leafy corner of Strathclyde Business Park, in a modern purpose built building. CrossReach occupy an office suite within this busy development.  This enables CrossReach West and Central Scotland operations to be managed from a central location, where staff work in the midst of a busy multi faceted office environment.

Marlene Smith, Director of Services to Older People, oversees the management of 30 plus services from this location. Older People's Head of Service West and Development Officer, Dementia Care and two Employee Development Officers operate from Willow House.  

Other senior staff include two Adult Care Heads of Service, who provide support to individuals who manage Substance Misuse, Counselling, Criminal Justice, Homelessness and Mental Health Services.

The HR People Development also have staff based at Willow House.  They are the Business Partner to Adult Services and three training officers.  

A staff member from Business Development also works from Willow House.

No office can function without its administrative team and this office is supported by an able and competent administrative team.
