Service Users' Survey 2016


Every year CrossReach gives all people who use a CrossReach service the opportunity to participate in our annual survey. 

In 2016 the survey ran from 7-20 November and 69% of people using a service during this time chose to participate.  The results of the survey were exceptionally positive, with only 2 questions receiving a total positive response of less than 90%.

The survey asks people to rate their experience in respect of achieving outcomes, how we apply our values and general service related questions.

Following the survey the results are analysed and individual services develop action plans based on the information provided through the survey.   Service Management involve staff and people who use the service in the development of these plans.
