Supported Living Service

Our supported living service helps you to be valued as a citizen in your own home and community. We work with people who care about you and other professionals to provide a circle of support with you at the heart.

Our staff team have training and experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and those on the autistic spectrum. We also have specialist training to help us to support people with other conditions such as Prader-Willi syndrome, epilepsy and poor mental health, for example.

We can support you with the responsibility of having your own home: budgeting and paying bills, cooking and cleaning, etc. but we can offer so much more than that. Staff will help you to think about what a good life looks for you and will help you to get that good life. We will help you to learn, develop your confidence and independence, and achieve your hopes and dreams.
