At Threshold Edinburgh we provide Housing Support and Care at Home and a Day Service to adults with a learning disability. We  are also registered with the Care Inspectorate to provide care to people with physical disability or mental health needs. 

Our Value Statement

We value people as individuals with the right to be safe and secure.  Each person deserves the opportunity and  level of support to reach their potential and live life to the full.  We believe everyone is a unique individual who should feel included socially.

Aims and Objectives

  • Our aim is to provide you with support which is person centered. We will work with you to create your own personal support plan to meet your needs and help you to achieve your hopes and dreams.
  • We will encourage you to be independant and help you to develop skills needed to keep your tenancy; things like looking after your money, cooking, personal care, keeping safe and travel.
  • You offer support to enable you to take part in your community and to develop friendships.
  • We will support and encourage you in learning, work and holidays and support you to attend and talk about your thouhgts and feelings at service user meetings.
