• Are required to have a diploma in counselling or have completed at least the first year of their diploma.
  • Are asked to contract for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Are asked to give a minimum of 2 hours of counselling per week and attend quarterly volunteer evenings.
  • Are comfortable to work within the Christian ethos of the centre.
  • Are contracted to work within COSCA's Ethics and Code of Practice.


  • Men and women with a friendly personality, who can relate to counsellors and clients.
  • A willingness to help with the many admin and domestic tasks around the centre.
  • Give one morning, afternoon or evening of your time each week or fortnight.
  • Work to our guidelines and confidentiality.
