Allan Logan is the Director of Older People Services. Allan qualified as a Social Worker in the early nineties whilst working predominantly in the area of Dementia Care. He worked for a time in People Development as an Internal Verifier for Vocational Qualifications and was also previously active in this area, as a Social Work Practice Teacher.
With a key focus on Customer Service Excellence, Allan attained a BA with distinction in Business and Enterprise from Napier University. Allan also worked in Adult Care for a number of years in a variety of Management positions, before returning to Older People Services to carry out the roles of Principal Officer and Head of Service (West of Scotland) for CrossReach. He was appointed as Director in July 2013.
