Anne joined CrossReach as Director of Children and Families in January 2026. Anne is a qualified social worker with a degree in Social Work and Residential Childcare, and has 20 years’ experience as a social worker and manager across Renfrewshire Council, Glasgow City Council, and West Dunbartonshire, specialising in supporting those with care experience. Anne previously served as Director of The Fostering Network and as a Kinship Consultant for the Adoption, Fostering and Kinship Association Scotland, with both roles focused on influencing policy and improving practice for the care-experienced community at a national level.
