Claire Hay

Having graduated from Paisley University in 1998 with an Honours degree in Business Administration, specialising in Human Resource Management, Claire then commenced employment with CrossReach in 1998 to cover a period of maternity leave.  

Securing a permanent role, Claire has gone on to hold a number of roles within the HR Operations and Policy and Procedure teams.

In October 2011 Claire became the Business Partner for Quality, Compliance and Improvement at CrossReach, a role which she held until becoming the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development in January 2021.
