Janine Glen

Janine retired from the NHS in January 2026 where she had spent the last 35 years of her working life looking after NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s 284 community pharmacies as Contracts Manager within the Community Pharmacy Development Team.
In April 2026 Janine was one of four people awarded the Inaugural Community Pharmacy Service award at the Scottish Pharmacy Awards.
She is an elder in Jackson Parish Church in Airdrie. In her spare time she enjoys walking, reading, and organising music for worship.
Janine has been married to Joe for 40 years and together they have two adult sons, two wonderful daughters in law and eight grandchildren, making her life extremely busy and fulfilled.
