Thom Riddell

Member of the Social Care Council since 2012, serving as Vice Convener, Vice Chair of the Quality Compliance and Improvement Group and member of Executive Committee.

Thom Riddell is a Chartered Chemical Engineer, who took early retirement in 2008 from working full-time as an Occupational Safety Specialist for Ineos (previously BP) in Grangemouth.

He has served as Auxiliary Minister at St. Michael’s Parish Church in Linlithgow since 1994, and is Clerk to the Presbytery of West Lothian. Having served Christ in various ways such as BB officer, Sunday School teacher, elder and lay Reader, he was ordained to the ministry of Word and Sacrament in 1993.

Thom is also a member of the Rotary Club of Linlithgow Grange, enjoys Country Dancing, and the occasional game of golf.
