Vic has worked with CrossReach since 2004, having previously worked in the telecommunications sector before making a career change to work in social care, in Homelessness and Prison In-reach.
He joined as the Service Manager of Rainbow House residential rehabilitation service in Glasgow, then became Managing Co-ordinator for Rainbow House and Whiteinch Move On service.
He served as Head of Service for Substance Use, Homelessness and Justice services from (2014 - 2022) which included serving on the Leadership Team of the Glasgow Alliance to End Homelessness and in the Scottish Government's Residential Rehabilitation Development Working Group

- University of Glasgow: Master of Science (MSc), Drug and Alcohol Studies
Vic has a particular interest in involving people with Lived Experience in the design and delivery of services.
