Back on Track is therapy service offered in partnership with HomeLink Family Support in the Gracemount and Liberton High School catchment areas of Edinburgh.
This service is for children and young people aged 5-24 years (26 if care experienced) and their parents/carers. It supports those experiencing low-level distress related to family, peer relationships, education or the wider community.
We provide:
- Young people’s counselling (12 – 24 years, 26 if care experienced)
- Parent/Carer counselling
- Group Work
- Parenting programmes.
Family therapy and children’s therapy (5 – 11 years) is also offered by our partners, HomeLink Family Support, as part of this project.
We accept referrals from professionals in addition to direct enquiries from individuals and families.
