Six month temporary opportunity
Main Function
This post holder will have responsibility for delivering a full range of training for staff.
The key function of the post is to deliver training to meet the needs of the organisation. It is expected that around 75% of the time of this role will be given to training delivery.
Main Duties
- Delivery of flexible face to face training working closely with colleagues and content experts.
- Delivery of flexible e learning working closely with colleagues and content experts.
- Evaluate and analyse training evaluation feedback
- Support to update training materials where required.
- To support with maintaining accurate Management information to an agreed schedule.
- To support in the identification and analyse of training needs to feed into developing an appropriate training schedule for the Organisation.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to provide support and cover as required.
- To undertake tasks or duties to support the Head of HR Operations People Development and HR Business Partners as required.
- To undertake regular communication with Units with particular difficulties in the area of training.
- To demonstrate and share Christian love and support including sharing with others the leading of worship in accordance with CrossReach policy and by ensuring all staff meetings are opened with prayer and Bible reading.

SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care

A training related qualification

Skills and Abilities
Essential
- Commitment to on going CPD
- Current Driving License and willingness to travel throughout Scotland
- Some experience in training staff e.g. 1 to 1 induction, coaching, assessing etc.
Desirable
- Previous experience designing and delivering training
