Are you an experienced individual with strong system management and organisational skills? Are you looking join an organisation that puts people at the heart of everything we do?
Here at CrossReach, we have been delivering innovative social care for older people, children, families and the homeless for over 150 years and we are now looking for a Systems Support Engineer to join our small professional IT Services team.
Working alongside the IT Manager you will be part of a growing team responsible for all aspects of system technology within the organisation delivering a high quality service to our customers right across the organisation. CrossReach is in a period of rapid technological growth, so this is a fantastic time to join us, as a pivotal part of the team you will be able to shape and influence where we go next.
You'll be an engineer at heart, someone who relishes new challenges and learning new technologies. As well as being technically competent, you will be a creative and forward thinker, able to move us forward and do things differently. Technically, we are looking for someone with a broad range of skills, across areas such as Microsoft Windows Server; networking (LANs, WANs) and wireless protocols and of course, you will also be proficient in the usual suspects of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows! Whilst not essential, previous experience of M365 administration/migration would be a distinct advantage for this role as we are in a period of transition from on-premises to Cloud.
At CrossReach, we strive to be accepting, respectful and compassionate to both our customers and our people. So, join us and you’ll be part of a professional environment with a range of development opportunities and a generous benefits package. It’s a career that will not only enhance your life but also the lives of vulnerable people across Scotland.
