Written by COSCA, this is a two part student-centred, experiential course. There is an interactive mix of skills, training and practice, small group work, tutor input and large group discussion with a focus on increasing supervision knowledge, skills, personal growth and self-awareness. Two levels of certification are offered, the COSCA Certificate in Counselling Supervision Skills and the COSCA Certificate in Counselling Supervision.

Requirements
Course applicants for the Certificate in Counselling Supervision Skills require the COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate (or equivalent) and substantial counselling experience. This part of the course, which is in addition to the Skills Certificate, involves supervisory work. You must be in a position to supervise at least two counsellors/counselling skills users. Participants will need to organise this themselves, along with the required insurance etc.
