We know that recovery is possible.  

Our dedicated team of Counsellors offer specialist support for adults over 18 who are staying or have stayed in our residential recovery service, known as Rainbow House.( CrossReach Abstinence Recovery Service | CrossReach) 

Support from the aftercare group and 1:1 counselling has helped me to remain sober. Speaking one to one has helped me open up and I don’t feel like a waste of space.  I can confront things, I have better boundaries and handle life a lot better 

What to Expect  

Counselling sessions are offered from CrossReach Tom Allan Centre as well as online or on the phone. Our counsellors are trained in a variety of counselling approaches and will work at a pace that suits you. Appointments are weekly and last around 50 minutes. We will discuss the day, time and frequency of these sessions with you when we first meet. You can make a referral yourself or you can ask a professional to make a referral for you.  

To access this service you must be: 

  • Over 18 years old 
  • Have been in Rainbow House Residential Recovery Programme within the last two years 

This service is free to access thanks to support from CORRA (Improvement Fund (National Drugs Mission Funds) ). CrossReach Counselling rely on donations from our clients and supporters to deliver counselling across Scotland. Accessibility Information 

The building is not currently easily wheelchair accessible and is located over 4 floors. Unfortunately, there is no lift access. Disabled Parking is available outside the building. Online appointments are available as an alternative.
