Push UP for CrossReach

John in push up position! Any time for four weeks


Do you fancy taking on the Push UP for CrossReach challenge? Build your strength both mentally and physically over a four week period. Ask your friends to join or support you and get stronger together.

The challenge:
Start on a number of push ups you are comfortable with and add an extra one each day for four weeks.
For example: day 1 = 5 push ups, day two = 6 push ups, by day 28 = 32 push ups. That's a total of 517 over the 28 day period!
