We know that recovery is possible.

Our counsellors offer a confidential and non-judgemental space to explore the things that matter to you.

This may be to find ways of coping with the challenges of life, or to explore the difficulties in your past which have led you to use substances.

Wherever you are at in your recovery journey – get in touch to see how we can help.

If you require immediate or emergency mental health support, please either contact your GP, NHS 24 on 111; the Samaritans on 116 123 or Breathing Space on 0800 83 85 87.

CrossReach Counselling Services work to the highest standards of professional and clinical excellence and adhere to COSCA’s Statement of Ethics and Code of Practice. All our practitioners are either, qualified and registered with a Professional Standards Authority (PSA) recognised professional body (e.g. BACP, COSCA, BAAT, UKCP, BABCP), or are students in the process of gaining their qualification.
