We know that with the right support children and young people can overcome the challenges they face.

Our dedicated team of counsellors and therapists across the country offer flexible, tailored and professional mental health support for children and young people when they need it the most.

Counselling is a confidential space for young people to help them explore or reflect on things that feel important to them. This can be done through play, art-making, creative activities, and talking. Over time, counselling can help reduce worrying feelings, improve relationships, and help young people find new ways of coping.

Whether you’re a parent or carer, professional or a young person yourself – get in touch to see how we can help.
