We know that with early support families can thrive.
Having a baby can be a challenging time in any parent’s life with 2 in every 5 parents experiencing emotional difficulties during pregnancy and early parenthood.
Our perinatal counsellors can support you during this time of emotional and physical change - helping you manage worrying feelings, relationship challenges, anxiety and depression.
Whether you are pregnant or already a mum or a dad, single or in a relationship – get in touch to see how we can help.
If you require immediate or emergency mental health support, please either contact your GP, NHS 24 on 111; the Samaritans on 116 123 or Breathing Space on 0800 83 85 87.
