My name is Fiona Sutherland and my job title is Individual Giving Officer – Campaigns and Congregations.
I have worked with CrossReach since 2013 when I took up a temporary three month position in our Trading Company. Gradually over the years since then I have taken on several different roles within the Fundraising Team and now my responsibilities include being the main contact for our amazing Congregational Supporters and the day to day running of the Trading Company. Both of these roles have allowed me to connect with our supporters on a regular basis which is a pleasure and a privilege.
I was brought up in a small village on the far north coast of Scotland before settling near Aberdeen. I moved to Edinburgh in 2013.
My background has mainly been in Customer Service roles ranging from call centres to Post Office assistant. I have two grown up children and recently became a granny for the first time and will soon be a granny again – a bit like buses!
