A cup of tea and a Jaffa Cake might not be the first thing that you think of during these challenging times, however, connecting with people, keeping in touch with staff and ensuring people are feeling supported is so important.
Throughout the organisation teams and colleagues are finding ways of keeping in touch and supporting one another, and one of our senior managers decided to take this a step further – by having Jaffa Cakes delivered to her team members, all working from home, and arranging a weekly ‘virtual’ tea break together online.
