Day 4 - Central Services
“We were impressed as we were speaking to the different members of staff today to see how seriously they took their role in a sense, in the back room in order that they could free others to do the listening, the training, the supporting and the serving in the front room.
It’s been an extraordinary four days and we were very grateful to CrossReach, to allow us to step through the open door to their work and to the service users who were willing to share with us something their lives and their stories.”
