Launch of Wellbeing Champions for CrossReach staff

People who work in social care, by their very nature are often the type to put the needs of others first. 

At CrossReach we recognise how important it is to support our workforce who have served with incredible loyalty and commitment over the past year.   

Today we have introduced our 40 Wellbeing Champions to ensure that any of our 1,800 employees who need support with their wellbeing have a route to be able to access the support they need.
