Summer Fete at Morven Day Services

In July, Morven Day Services, which provides which provides mental health recovery services in Kilmarnock for those in East Ayrshire hosted a vibrant summer fête that brought together service users, families, staff, and members of the local community.
The event was a great example of what can be achieved when people come together to celebrate connection and community, whilst also showcasing the work the service does. The day featured a variety of activities, including stalls with home baking, baby clothing, and handmade crafts, along with live music and a BBQ. A highlight for many was the petting zoo, which offered a fun and calming experience for all ages.
The atmosphere was warm, inclusive, and full of energy, reflecting the strong relationships within the service and with those outwith its gates. A big thank you to everyone at Morven Day Services who helped organise the day, and to all who attended.
