World Alzheimer’s Day 2024

Holding hands

Every year, organisations around the world join hands on September 21 to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease, and this year, we join them. World Alzheimer’s Day’s highlights a global effort to raise awareness and challenge the stigma around Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

It’s important to know that Alzheimer’s is not a normal part of ageing, but the chance of developing the disease increases as we get older.
