One-to-one Counselling
One-to-one Counselling is usually offered in the form of regular weekly sessions with a trained counsellor.
It will be for you to decide what you want to get out of these sessions, and what you want to talk about. Your counsellor will follow your lead and help you to work towards the life you want.
