Our Priorities

We are seeking partners who share our vision for a compassionate Scotland where every child, young person, and adult feels loved, supported, and able to achieve their full potential. Guided by our 5 year strategy we are focusing on:

  • Voice & Participation – putting lived experience at the heart of services.
  • Trauma-Informed Care – widening access to mental health, recovery support and care for our elderly.
  • Stronger Communities – tackling isolation and building confidence and belonging.
  • Inclusive Opportunities – creating pathways in work, digital access, and accessibility.
  • Innovation – piloting new ways of supporting resilience, recovery and care.

We also welcome support for core / unrestricted costs, which enable our long-term sustainability and resilience. If your Trust or Foundation aligns with any of these priorities, we would love to explore how we can work together.

With your support, we can continue to walk alongside people as they rebuild their lives — moving from crisis to stability, from isolation to belonging, and from hopelessness to hope.

Together we made these possible

The Mallard Short Breaks
Funder: Allied Vehicles Charitable Trust
Refurbishing two bedrooms has increased our capacity to welcome children with complex disabilities, giving them a safe, homely space to rest and recharge during their short breaks. This means more children can enjoy friendship, fun, and new experiences in a fully accessible environment.

Erskine Waterfront Trim Trail
Funder: Glasgow Airport Flightpath Fund
This purpose-built outdoor activity space supports at least 25 pupils daily, helping children with complex needs build strength, confidence, and resilience. Staff have seen improved teamwork, communication, and emotional regulation — all while children laugh, play, and cheer each other on.

Thank you so much for sending over the reporting for the Perinatal Hubs. This is incredibly thorough, thank you, and what an incredible achievement on your Y2 delivery!  Charles Gordon Trust

Wanted to say thank you for submitting an excellent report. The stats used emphasise the growing need and the huge impact that CrossReach support has had for families. Thank you too for such a powerful case study - well done to everyone involved. Jennifer Thomson, Inspiring Scotland
