Back on Track

This service is for children and young people aged 5-24 years (26 if care experienced) and their parents/carers.

Back on Track is therapy service offered in partnership with HomeLink Family Support in the Gracemount and Liberton High School catchment areas of Edinburgh. It supports those experiencing low-level distress related to family, peer relationships, education or the wider community. 

We provide:

• Young people’s counselling (12 – 24 years, 26 if care experienced)
• Parent/Carer counselling
• Group Work
• Parenting programmes. 

Family therapy and children’s therapy (5 – 11 years) is also offered by our partners, HomeLink Family Support, as part of this project. 

We accept referrals from professionals in addition to direct enquiries from individuals and families.
