Appointments are usually weekly, on the same day and time and last around 50 minutes. We’ll discuss the day, time and frequency of these sessions with you.

Our donation-based and fixed-fee services
We offer a donation based counselling service. There may be a waiting list for this service. At the start of your therapy, we will ask you if you can make a contribution towards your counselling.

CrossReach is a registered Scottish Charity, and we rely on the generosity of our clients and supporters to fund our Counselling Services, with each counselling session costing £60 for us to deliver. We ask that you only donate what you are comfortable with and can afford, and we never turn anyone away if they can’t make a contribution. You can donate by cheque, cash or via BACS on a weekly basis or as a one-off. Any donation that you can make towards your sessions makes a big difference to us, and it’s a great way to invest in the future of your mental wellbeing.

We also offer a Fixed-Fee service at £60 per session. Not only does this service have great benefits for you – fast and flexible access to counselling with one of our qualified and experienced counsellors – it also helps fund our donation-based service, so we can provide counselling to those who might otherwise struggle to access support. Your first session will normally be arranged within two weeks and we recommend you are able to pay for a minimum of 6 sessions. To find out more about this option, please contact the team.

Crèche
We provide a crèche where you can safely leave your children, under 3, while you are attending your face-to-face counselling.

Infant massage
Throughout the year, we run baby massage support groups.

"I felt relaxed during Bluebell massage classes and I am not so stressed about joining other groups now."
