We welcome referrals from anyone expecting a baby or living with a child under 2 and who is facing challenges.
- These challenges may lead to difficult feelings and make it hard to cope
- Our Specialist Perinatal Counselling Team will be ready to support you
- We offer appointments face to face, by telephone or secure video platform
- You may also be able to join one of our counselling support groups
- You are not alone
Appointments are usually weekly on the same day and time and last around 50 minutes. We’ll discuss the day, time and frequency of these sessions with you.
Our donation-based and fixed-fee services
Our services are offered on a donation basis. At the start of your therapy, we will ask you if you can make a contribution to your counselling. The ability to pay will never be a barrier to accessing support.
We also offer a Fixed-Fee service at £50 per session. Your first session will normally be arranged within a week. We recommend you are able to pay for a minimum of 6 sessions. To find out more about this option, please contact the team.
We provide a crèche where you can safely leave your children, under 2, while you are attending your face-to-face counselling.
Throughout the year, we run baby massage support groups.
"I felt relaxed during Bluebell massage classes and I am not so stressed about joining other groups now."
