If you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, low self esteem or any other negative feelings before or after having a baby, we’re here to support you. Our specially trained perinatal counsellors and therapists are experienced, compassionate and without judgement.
Appointments are usually weekly and last between 50 to 60 minutes. We’ll discuss the day, time and frequency of these sessions with you when we first meet.
We’ll also consider different types of support that might suit you, from one-to-one psychotherapy or couples counselling, to perinatal relaxation, art therapy and infant massage. We also offer Women’s Therapy Groups, Fathers’ Groups and Family Therapy, as we recognise that perinatal difficulties can affect the whole family.
There’s no fixed charge for using our perinatal services, but we do ask for a weekly donation for your counselling or therapy at whatever level you can afford.
If requested in advance, we can provide a free creche where you can safely leave children of any age while you attend your appointment.
You’re in safe hands
Our infant massage support sessions are run by health professionals and senior crèche workers trained with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).
If you have any questions or want to make an appointment, please get in touch.
