A day care service supporting young people with disabilities to take part in community activities.
The aim of Go2 is to support young people to get involved with any activities of their choice, including swimming, cinema, shops and clubs. We do this by offering one-to-one support after school, at weekends and during holidays.
Our base is in Springburn, just 10 minutes from Glasgow city centre. It’s connected to the Mallard, which provides residential short breaks. Our part of the building has its own kitchen, lounge/dining room and computer room, where the young people can meet before going out. They also have use of the Mallard’s sensory room, spa and garden area.
We have a car and minibus for getting the young people out and about. Both are wheelchair accessible.

Personal Plan and Key Worker:
Everyone using Go2 has a Personal Plan and a named Key Worker. The Key Worker spends time with the young person and their family and carers to ensure that they receive the highest standard of care and support. Together we consider, create and continually review a Personal Plan that will meet their needs and support their agreed outcomes.
We believe it’s in everyone’s best interests for young people and their families to be fully involved in what happens at Go2. We keep parents up to date by newsletter and events such as BBQs and parties.
Our wonderful staff
Our staff love working alongside young people, but they also take their responsibilites very seriously. They are all registered with the Scottish Social Care Council and are PVG checked. They take part in a programme of continual personal development to ensure they are able to deliver the highest level of care.
