Where’s Buddy – CrossReach News competition.
 

In line with the Gambling Act 2005, the CrossReach run competition centred around Buddy the dog has met all requirements with the Gambling Act, to operate in a safe and legal way.

  • Competition overview
    Although open to all, the competition is aimed at a younger audience in order to entertain and engage with CrossReach’s work. The objective is to find where Buddy can be seen throughout the specified CrossReach News magazine then submit an answer via an online form (Located here)
     
  • Selecting a winner
    Upon closure of the competition on the advertised date, the impartial CrossReach Team will select 3 winners, 1st 2nd and 3rd at random. This will be determined either by order of correct responses and or selecting at random should said entries be the same.
     
  • Prize details
    CrossReach operate a trading arm which seasonally sells cards, calendars and other service related items. A variety of historical stock which has been written off in terms of sellable value has been selected and will be offered to the child and their guardian dependant on what is appropriate according to demographic. The Guardian will have final say. In addition to this individual prize, a redeemable voucher for the CrossReach shop will also be offered in order to raise awareness of this remit and driving traffic. The value of vouchers has been deemed reasonable in line with the Gambling Act 2005.
