About this training
This training course is ideal for workplaces and organisations looking to grow awareness of trauma, including its causes and impacts, along with looking at how we can take a trauma-sensitive approach when we work with people. It seeks to equip attendees with both theoretical knowledge and practical insight, shifting the focus from a person's external behaviours to the underlying causes.
