Susie Lind

Susie is currently an executive Director at EDF Renewables, responsible for legal affairs across the UK and Ireland. She is an experienced lawyer in corporate and energy operating across all renewable technologies. She is a non-executive Director of Scottish Renewables, the voice of the renewable industry in Scotland and now CrossReach, the social care arm of the Church of Scotland. This year Susie will complete an invitation only programme run by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development focusing on innovation and change management towards sustainability at Esade (Madrid) and Yale (USA) universities for female business leaders.

She has a vision to support Scotland in its aim to achieve net zero by 2030, primarily through recognition of Scottish business (large and small) of the central part they plan in achieving this aim.  

Susie is delighted to have the opportunity to serve through CrossReach and has a particular interest in care for the elderly. She now lives in Edinburgh with her husband and 3 sons, having spent 10 years working in London.
