It’s always been the CrossReach way to encourage people to choose and shape their own care.

Our mission is to make sure that everyone who comes to us “achieves the highest quality of life which they are capable of achieving at any given time.”

Of course, everyone has their own idea of what ‘quality of life’ means. Everyone has different needs, strengths and aspirations. So it makes perfect sense to us that every individual should be offered choice and control over the way they receive their support – instead of getting a once-size-fits-all package.

Within the wider social care sector, the idea of giving you choice about the care you and your family receive is called Personalisation. The way it is being delivered across Scotland is via a system known as Self-directed Support.

What can we help you with?
