Counselling means exploring your issues with someone who is trained to listen.
If you’ve ever struggled with your mental health, counselling is a chance for you to talk through issues in a safe and confidential environment. A way to express your feelings openly without fear of judgement or reprisal.
Our trained counsellors won’t give you advice or tell you what to do, but they will give you the space you need to work towards recovery at your own pace and in your own way.
