Fundraiser nets £800!

A fundraiser organised by staff at Dumbrock House netted over £800 for the service!

Staff team members Philomena, Jackie and Ross are also team mates at the local Knightswood Netball club and were pivotal in organising the tournament which included games, raffle prizes and home baking. A great time was had by all and two of the young people came along to join in the fun. 

In fact, Ross Oliphant has received international recognition, having been selected for both the Scottish and English men’s national team and recently travelled to Australia and New Zealand as part of the England Thorns international team. 

David Metcalfe, service manager, is delighted that the monies raised can go towards organising holidays for the young people.
