Sometimes we find it difficult to cope with our day-to-day lives. It may be due to current circumstances or issues from our past. Often we resolve these issues on our own or with the help of friends. But occasionally it’s useful to talk to someone who is impartial, objective and trained to listen.
This is what counselling is. The chance for you to explore issues in a safe and confidential environment. For you to express your feelings openly without fear of judgement or reprisal. Our counsellors won’t give you advice or tell you what to do, but they will help you work towards recovery at your own pace.
