The Right Rev. Colin Sinclair visited Palmerston Place Church this week, not as the minister, but in his role as Moderator. Visiting the Palmerston Place Perinatal Service the Moderator, and his wife Ruth, met staff and volunteers who offer support to expecting and new parents with "quiet competence" in order to "help them adjust to what family life might mean".
