If you’re going through a difficult time for any reason, our counsellors are trained to help you explore your feelings and experiences in a safe and confidential environment.

Appointments are usually weekly and last up to 60 minutes. We’ll discuss the day, time and frequency of these sessions with you when we first meet.

There’s no fixed charge for counselling, but we do ask for a weekly donation for your counselling at whatever level you can afford. We also offer a fast-track counselling service with no waiting list, which costs £45 per session.

“This place is invaluable… Really feel I’m getting the help I’ve needed for years.”
