If you’re going through a difficult time for any reason, our counsellors are trained to help you explore your feelings and experiences in a safe and confidential environment.
Appointments are usually weekly and last up to 60 minutes. We’ll discuss the day, time and frequency of these sessions with you.
Our donation-based and fixed-fee services
Our services are offered on a donation basis. At the start of your therapy, we will ask you if you can make a contribution towards your counselling. Ability to pay will never be a barrier to accessing support. Currently, due to the pressures of Covid-19, our donation-based waiting list is closed.
We also offer a Fixed-Fee service at £50 per session. Your first session will normally be arranged within a week. We recommend you are able to pay for a minimum of 6 sessions. To find out more about this option, please contact the team.
If you have any questions or want to make an appointment, please get in touch: email@example.com
