What steps would you take to reduce isolation and loneliness in Scotland?
23rd to 25th April 2021
How would you like to get out in the fresh air, meet up with a friend (COVID-19 rules permitting), have a natter and a catch up on what has been a very eventful 12 months, plus raise money that will help support over 12,000 people across Scotland?
Have you got a lovely route that you have always wanted to walk?
Can you take on the virtual Kiltwalk and support CrossReach?
The virtual Kiltwalk is a fantastic event, where all the money that you raise will be increased by 50% by the Hunter foundation. This really is a great way to support your favourite charity and help them plan ahead for the year.
With the event being virtual, this means that you plan your route, your length of walk and how long it will take you to complete. In fact you don’t even have to walk, you can cycle, bounce on a trampoline or go for a run, it really is all about having fun, setting a challenge and raising funds. As long as your event/challenge takes place over the weekend of April 23 – 25th.
You could even win one of two cars or five bikes just for taking part.
With your help we can reach out and engage with the lonely and the isolated and build their confidence.
